We are pleased to invite you to the 17th International Hydrocolloids Conference to be held in Palmerston North, New Zealand, from November 12 to 15, 2024. The conference will be hosted by the Riddet Institute on the Massey University Campus in New Zealand.
The theme of the conference is “Future Hydrocolloids for Sustainable Food and Living Solutions”. Within this theme, the conference will showcase the latest science and innovations, featuring insightful discussions and presentations from international experts on the following topics:
